This little beauty is one of the most dangerous cookies to have around my house! Peanut butter and chocolate deliciousness at its finest! Lucky for me I had not been introduced to this cookie until late into my teenage/early adulthood years. I have always been a faithful chocolate chip cookie kind of gal, but mostly for the cookie dough. Yes, I am one of those people that LOVES cookie dough, well just chocolate chip cookie dough. The Peanut Butter Blossom cookie dough does not even compare to chocolate chip, but the actual baked cookie is, in my opinion, far superior! We can make several dozen and eat several dozen in a few short days. If you haven't ever had one, you should make yourself some soon!
